(a) Pantones are as closely matched as possible with current inks available for our print methods. This means they may differ slightly depending on the product they are being printed on and the print method used but we will always endeavour to match the pantone as closely as possible.

(b) We use pantone books to determine the print colour. Please do not supply pantone references from computer screens or the like as they will differ from the official pantone book colour.

(c) Where pantones are not specified the company will use best judgement to match the description or proof approved by the client.

(a) Garments and other product’s colours and sizes shown on the company’s website, catalogues or proofs are for guidance only and can vary.

(b) Printed samples can be ordered at extra cost to the customer to confirm colours, sizes and print colour where a pantone is not used or to confirm that the customer is happy that the print is close enough to their specified pantone on the particular garment used.

(a) Print quality can vary from product to product. We endeavour to get the print quality and colour consistent across all products but this is sometimes not possible due to the different print techniques required for each product. We advise getting printed samples of all product colourways and artwork to ensure you are happy before proceeding to full production.

(b) Screen print techniques on different coloured products can vary. For example a black t-shirt is printed with a white underbase to allow a coloured ink to be printed on top. On white t-shirts the coloured ink is printed straight down onto the t-shirt which creates a different hand-feel and print thickness to the black version. Please inform us during the quoting/proofing process if you have specific requirements for how you would like the print to feel and supply samples where possible. If any of this information is not provided and specified on the job proof then the print quality will be at Custom Planet Ltd’s discretion.
