All the print methods…
At Custom Planet we have the latest printing and embroidery machinery, each with their own advantages. If you need any advice on the best print method for your chosen product and purpose please contact our sales team.
Perfect for large runs of custom t-shirts, hoodies or sweatshirts, ink is applied direct to the garment through a stencil (or screen). Known for longevity and colour vibrancy we can create a number of effects including metallics, foiling, printed neck labels and more.
Prices are per position and when printing on colour garments we may need to add a white underbase so this would add a colour to your design/logo. Setup is charged at £20 per colour. All prices are ex VAT.
Perfect for workwear and adding smaller logos to garments. Small and large runs are not a problem and the number of colours in the design are not a cost issue. Setup per logo is £20. Great when you want a logo that lasts! Although great for Jacket backs, larger logos - especially on thinner items like t-shirts and polo's - are not advised due to the cost and shape/feel of the finished product.
Prices shown are per position based on the number of stitches in your logo. Most small logos are under 10,000 stitches (or 10k). Larger logos like Club badges or crests are 20k or 30k and large back logos and text can range from 20k - 40k and over. Please contact us with your logo for a full and comprehensive quote.
Great for small and large logos alike on smaller qtys. Perfect for difficult to screen print items like bags and caps. Logos are printed and cut from a printable vinyl that is then heat pressed onto the garment. Also perfect for smaller runs on stag and hen t-shirts or sports shirts.
Perfect for small runs on one colour logos or individual names/numbers on sports kits. Much like Digital Transfer, the vinyl is cut and heatpressed into the garment to create a smooth finish.
Direct to Garment (DTG)
Full colour designs can be printed onto t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts directly to create a really vibrant finish. Best for smaller qtys on designs with lots of fading/shading of colours.
Anything from printed size labels and woven labels for sleeve and hem detail are great for fashion and own brand garments. Poly bagging can make it easier to distribute and protect garments from dust. Swing tags can be added with individual bar-coding to make stock control a sinch. Anything you need to add that extra bit of value to your product we can handle.
Used on a lot of our promotional products to create a really sharp and vibrant finish. Works really well with logos containing limited colours on higher qty orders.
Perfect for promotional products where logos contain a lot of colours with shading/fading. Can be used to print promotional products at low qtys cost effectively although colour reproduction for pantones is not as good as pad printing.
