Flex Vinyl

At Custom Planet we think that flex vinyl is just perfect for printed football shirts and custom sports kits – the vinyl allows for short runs as there are no setup costs. Numbers and logos can be cut into shape and then heatpressed into the garment.

Flex vinyl is also great for smaller quantities where there are different names or phrases on each t-shirt – just what you’re after if you’re looking for hen party t-shirts or stag do t-shirts! This allows us to produce individual t-shirts for very low cost without the need to produce expensive screens used for screen printing.

Vinyl is available as a set range of colours so pantone matching is not possible; however, the range of colours is large and includes specialist colours and finishes such as gold, silver and fluorescent.
